Oakridge Teachers Collaborate with Global Leaders to Explore the Future of Education

Oakridge International Schools have met with the most outstanding minds in education, at a global Nord Anglia Education conference in Vietnam.

In March, more than 200 international educators from 15 countries around the globe descended on Hanoi, Vietnam to innovate, problem-solve and brainstorm at one of the world’s largest academic conferences.

Hosted by Nord Anglia Education schools, the British International School Hanoi and the British Vietnamese International School Hanoi, world-leading education experts have discussed the exciting future of education, including how to enhance the educational journey for children using AI in education.

Director of Education, Dipika Rao also emphasised the importance of global learning and teaching collaborations, to ensure children continue to experience an outstanding education that prepares them to thrive in life.

“At the Nord Anglia Teaching Learning Conference in Vietnam, educators collaboratively created a multi-dimensional learning opportunity where changing education paradigms were explored. A focused look at how technology is redefining the teacher’s role and enabling students to create personalised learning pathways encouraged opinions and discussions amongst educators from different countries and contexts. Engaging discussions, thought-provoking ideas, and shared success stories underscored the collective journey to build flexible academic structures, preparing students for the challenges of the evolving world.” Director Education, Dipika Rao said.

Special guest, Nord Anglia Education Chief Education Officer Elise Ecoff has also joined from the United Kingdom, to discuss “how AI in education will create an enriching foundation” for children in Vietnam.

Other guest education innovators have met with parents, students, and the wider Hanoi community to share best practices, and exciting new research and innovation in education.
