In the month of March, Oakridge Bachupally has been a period marked by exceptional accomplishments and heartening moments. Our young learners in the Early Years division captivated audiences at TED-O, demonstrating their fervour for global issues. The senior-grade students distinguished themselves academically, achieving success in Olympiads and securing a Global Championship in Vedic Maths. Noteworthy events such as the PYP Exhibition and Grade 10 class party showcased the students’ journey of inquiry and camaraderie. Our active participation in events like Autism Aura and the SEAMEI Teaching and Learning Conference underscored our commitment to inclusivity and innovation.

At the groundbreaking TED-o event, our Early Years speakers engaged in thought-provoking discussions centred around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In a unique and innovative initiative, families came together to personalize cloth bags with captivating SDG designs. This collaborative effort not only showcased the power of unity across generations but also underscored our collective commitment towards building a sustainable future.

Nord Anglia Education, in partnership with UNICEF, is proud to present a unique educational opportunity for students aged 14-18 in Houston, Texas, USA from 12-19 June. The NAE-UNICEF Summit is designed to empower students by enhancing their advocacy skills and fostering global connections through a series of engaging workshops focused on UN Sustainable Development Goals, child rights, leadership practices, and more. Our school’s NAE student ambassadors, including Rayhan Shahid Shahnavas,  Sirisha Kshatriya, and Shaaraw Darbarwar, will take the lead in spearheading initiatives aimed at addressing global challenges and driving positive change within their communities.
