A Strong Start: Oakridge International School Launches Pre-Nursery Program

completing 12 successful years, Oakridge International, the premium IB continuum school, forays into a world-class prenursery facility for toddlers of age 2+.

Richard Feehan, Regional HR Director, Southeast Asia, Middle East & India – NAE and Christopher Short, Managing Director NAE-India jointly inaugurated the new interactive learning space for learners of age 2+.

“Our world-class educators are ready to handhold the little ones with innovative curriculum”, said Principal Pallavi Mishra, at the inauguration.

The play-based pre-nursery curriculum focuses on cognitive, physical, and socio-emotional development along with language and communication skill development. All learners will explore personal identity, sensory experiences and phonological awareness from Day 1 in school. Alongside this, the school offers transport and food services that will allow young learners to socialize with students from different grades and backgrounds, helping them to develop social skills.

Oakridge has one of the largest Early Years infrastructures in the city and the students are part of the wider NAE global community of 86k students across 85+ premium schools in 33 countries. The school, located near Dommasandra circle, Varathur road offers IB education from pre-nursery to grade 12.
