As part of our Incredible India Week celebration, our children joyfully served food they brought from home to our dedicated support staff, creating a beautiful moment of connection and gratitude.
This activity was also a meaningful extension of our recent “Learning to Learn” week. Throughout that week, our learners explored the values of respect and sharing during circle time, and this activity allowed them to put those lessons into practice.
Seeing the smiles on both the students’ and support staff members’ faces was truly rewarding. We are proud of our students for embodying the spirit of empathy and kindness, reinforcing the importance of community and togetherness.

We are incredibly grateful to the parents who took the time to visit our classroom and conduct a story session for the children. The involvement of parents not only brought joy and excitement to the kids but also fostered a love for reading and learning.
By sharing stories, parents helped create a warm and friendly air around the learners. This is a wonderful example of how collaboration between parents and teachers enriches the educational experience and supports the growth of our young learners. We thank parents for making a positive impact on our students’ lives!

The first University Fair of the academic year for MYP 5, DP 1 & 2 learners was held on August 26th. Representatives from Case Western Reserve University, University of Rochester, The George Washington University, Tulane University, Skidmore College and Babson College interacted with the learners and their parents. Admission process, courses offered & FAQs were discussed during the session. The 2nd edition of Oakridge University Fair will be held on 2nd September in collaboration with CIALFO.
This month, one of the highlights from I&S department was the creation of vision boards, where learners expressed their hopes and dreams for a ‘Viksit Bharat.’ The creativity and thoughtfulness of their wishes were truly inspiring. For instance, an MYP 3 learner envisioned a future where the Indian Rupee surpasses the US Dollar in value, while an MYP 2 student expressed a desire for clean, pothole-free roads across the country.
