Ms. Sweta Verma

Ms. Sweta Verma joined Oakridge International School, Gachibowli in the year 2006. With over 14 years of experience as an IB educator, her experience ranges from being a Home Room Teacher, Team Leader, Activity Coordinator, Headmistress- Primary Segment to the current role – Head of MYP.

She has undergone several IB training in connection with various roles. She is a science graduate from BHU, Varanasi and holds ICWAI [ Inter ] – Cost Accountancy Degree. She has also done her Post –Graduation Diploma in School Leadership and Management from IGNOU. Her hobbies include painting, reading and writing.  A passionate learner as well as an educator; Sweta always puts the students’ needs first. Indeed, that passion for learning and values is evident in all she does. She is known for her leadership and team management and has proved herself to be multi-talented and an able administrator. Ms Sweta has worked for teacher training, curriculum development, content development and multiple innovative programs and events for students. In addition, the best part is her ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse people. She feels that the qualities like sincerity, honesty, courage, co-operation, compassion are important for the children to face the competition and challenges of today’s world. It is the mantra to make a child grow physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually.
