Oakridge International School Celebrates Student Creativity & Leadership
- 24 February 2025
Oakridge International School organized a February 22 event that featured an inspiring display of student development along with Student-Led Conference and IB Exhibition activities.
All students from Nursery to Grade 4 together with PYP Grade 5 Exhibition participants while DP students sharing their Theory of Knowledge (TOK) projects ran their own educational processes. Students managed their work independently from start to finish while building their confidence to present their work effectively which demonstrated their skills in leadership alongside communication and creativity.
The event honored the essential traits of Oakridge learners who shine as autonomous and independent future success achievers. Students organized memorable components which combined vibrant dance shows with original model displays under their own leadership.
One Grade 5 PYP student said that the experience taught them responsibility and confidence together with creativity. Our presentation to parents and teachers during the annual exhibition transformed into a moment of professional growth for our leadership development.
The event emphasized the significance of team-based learning and analytical thinking while demonstrating classroom methods at Oakridge School. During project development and implementation students proved their ability to handle problems and continue persisting as they worked alone and together with their peers. Students at Oakridge develop both academic readiness and vital soft abilities which prepare them to thrive in any professional setting.
Oakridge continues to dedicate itself to developing independent learners who become confident students ready to pursue success in the world. The educational results of our students represented their development during their educational ownership journey.
