I hope you are well and wish you all a very happy new year! Firstly, I would like to extend a hearty congratulations to all for being ranked No. 2 International Day Cum Boarding School in India and No.1 in Andhra Pradesh and Visakhapatnam for the second consecutive time by Education Today India School Merit Awards. We couldn’t have done this without you.
This year has all been about achieving some excellent milestones. Oakridge Visakhapatnam has successfully completed 15 years of its Excellence. Our new state of art early years campus has been established. Well-equipped in-house kitchen with bakery has been started. We have continued to be No.1 school in Andhra Pradesh for the 8th consecutive time. The list goes on and on and this couldn’t have been possible without parents, students, and our staff. I would like to thank you all for your superb support of our school in 2023.
I hope and believe that you support towards school will always be there and we will achieve some more milestones the coming year. I once again wish you all a very happy and prosperous New Year 2024.

Embarking on a cultural odyssey at our 15th Annual Day Celebrations – Kalakriti – Celebrating Incredible India.
The event unfolded with the enchanting performances of our Early Years toddlers, capturing the essence of India’s vibrant diversity. Chief-guest of the occasion Ms. Nandini Salaria, IFS, Zoo Curator of Indira Gandhi Zoological Park, Visakhapatnam highly appreciated the talent showcased by the students through various cultural shows depicting the multidimensional Indian culture.

The spellbinding folk and traditional performances by our secondary stars, every moment held its own magic. Dasavataram Kuchipudi Dance was the jewel of the programme.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. B. Maheshwara Das, HOD Dept. of Fine Arts and Ms. Gladdys, gallerist, DYS Art Gallery. Join us in celebrating the rich tapestry of creativity!
Our Early Years and Primary students embraced the serenity of Mindful Monday through focused breathing. This activity not only aids in stress reduction but also fosters emotional regulation, empowering students with foundational mindfulness skills that contribute to their overall well-being and focus in academic and daily activities.
Arissa of Grade 10 and Sarah of Grade 11 have participated in SGFI Swimming Competition AP State Meet Girls. Arissa clinched 1st in 50m Free Style and 2nd in 50m Backstroke where as Sarah secured the 3rd spot in 50m Backstroke.
Adding feather to the hat is the selection of Arissa to SGFI National Competition at Delhi!
Few of our Alumni students Shritan who is placed in University of Illinois, Arnav who is placed in UC San Diego and Hemanth who is placed in Kings College of London reconnected with senior grades, sharing invaluable insights from their college journey.
