I am pleased to see the growing dialogue and awareness surrounding UN Child Rights and Social Impact activities within our school community. Our students have actively participated in various activities focused on this important topic, embodying our commitment to nurturing informed and compassionate global citizens.
Our Bastille Day celebrations were a joyful testament to the richness and diversity of the language, further enhancing cultural appreciation among our students.
The “Ekatvam” Theory of Knowledge Exhibition showcased the impressive efforts of our IBDP 2 students. Their thought-provoking presentations over two days highlighted their deep engagement with complex ideas and demonstrated remarkable clarity.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the parents who attended our Orientation meets. It was a pleasure meeting you and engaging in meaningful conversations about your child’s education.

During Ms. Vicky Sparks’ visit as Social Impact Programme Manager, a special assembly focused on Sustainable Development Goals was held. It was truly inspiring to witness our students actively discussing the critical importance and urgency of these goals. Their presentations on sustainability were both insightful and captivating
Primary Parent Orientation Program
Parents received a warm welcome at the Primary Parent Orientation Program 2024. The event was designed to equip them with crucial information for the upcoming academic year. Ms. Shaila Bhamidipati, Principal, provided an overview of the curriculum and discussed various key initiatives and programs. Additionally, Ms. Dimple Thompson, Head of Primary, detailed the academic programs. The program concluded with an engaging session where parents shared their valuable feedback.
Doctor’s day celebrations
As part of the Doctor’s Day festivities, our campus hosted a series of engaging guest lectures featuring esteemed speakers Ms. Srividya and Dr. Lakshmi Madhulika. They interacted with early years students, focusing on “Health and Hygiene” through interactive activities and videos. The sessions emphasized the importance of personal hygiene, proper handwashing techniques, dental care, nutrition, and physical fitness. Additionally, a special assembly was held where students expressed gratitude for the dedication of our medical officers.
Rhyme Rhapsody
An enchanting day at the Rhyme Rhapsody Competition! Early year learners shone brightly with their creativity and charm. They dressed up as various characters and recited their favourite poem. A heartfelt thank you to our fantastic guests for judging and celebrating our early learners!
Congratulations to the IBDP cohort
We are delighted to announce the highest achiever of the IBDP Class of 2024. Congratulations to Yashita Pujari and the entire Grade 12 class! Throughout their DP years, every student has shown remarkable accomplishments in their areas of interest and reached new heights on their journey toward success.
‘EKATVAM’
The “Ekatvam” TOK Exhibition represents the culmination of dedicated efforts by our IBDP 2 students. Over two days, they showcased outstanding exhibits that delve into thought-provoking and complex prompts. They had the clarity of thought as they engaged with these challenging topics was truly remarkable.
Campus to Championship!
It’s a proud moment for us as our alumnus Y. Monish from the Class of 2024, a national Inline Hockey player, has been chosen to represent India at the World Championships! He impressed everyone with his remarkable skills during the Under-19 junior team selection trials in Chandigarh. His hard work and dedication have paid off, earning him a place on the Indian team headed to Italy this August.
My five senses
Everyone should take the time to observe the minute details around us in our surroundings, listen to its subtle signals, savour its aromas, delight in its flavours, and experience its textures. The reception kids engaged in exploring different sense organs and categorizing objects associated with each sense.
Currency Market Exploration
Exploring the Market: Our Grade 2 learners dived into ‘Market Play’ today! They enthusiastically identified coins needed to buy toys and stationery, enjoying the roles of buyer and seller. This activity fostered their understanding of currency, roles as both buyers and sellers, and basic economic principles in a practical and enjoyable manner.
Strengthening Education Together!
Oakridge Parent Partnership brought together parents, educators, and the broader school community to enhance the educational experience for all students. By fostering open dialogue and collaborative efforts, parents shared their insights, addressing challenges, and implementing strategies that benefit both students and educators, ensuring a thriving and engaged learning community.
Paneer Delights: Culinary Adventure Integrating Hindi Lessons
Grade 3 aspiring chefs thoroughly enjoyed creating their own paneer sandwiches! This culinary activity was integrated with their Hindi lesson, ‘ChiChi ka Paneer’. Beyond learning a new recipe, they honed crucial skills such as measurement, following instructions, and expressing creativity.”
Educational field trip to the Fire Station
As part of their experiential learning journey, students from Grade 2 visited the Fire Station this morning with tremendous enthusiasm and eagerness. They enjoyed trying on life vests and learning invaluable lessons about fire safety, inspiring them to promote safety awareness. A heartfelt thank you to our firefighter heroes for creating such a memorable and educational experience!
Separation of substances
Grade 6 students explored methods like filtration, sedimentation, decantation, sieving, and handpicking to isolate components from mixtures and solutions. After the activity quiz was conducted for assessing students’ grasp of scientific concepts and their ability to retain information.
