Dear Parents,
As we step into another exciting month, I am proud to reflect on the remarkable experiences and achievements of our students and educators. This edition of our newsletter is a testament to our commitment to promoting curiosity, innovation, and holistic learning.
From our young changemakers embracing the UN Sustainable Development Goals to our budding storytellers and quiz champions showcasing their skills, every event has been an opportunity for growth. Our educators, too, continue to evolve, bringing back global best practices from the NAE SEAMEI (Southeast Asia Middle East India) Teaching & Learning Conference.
A special congratulations to Mahalakshmi and Shaili for earning their place at MIT’s Global STEAM Week – an inspiring milestone for our school. We also cherish the meaningful experiences our students had during field trips, guest lectures, and cultural celebrations, reinforcing the values of empathy, knowledge, and creativity.
I would also like to take this moment to congratulate our students who have successfully completed their final examinations. As we look forward to the upcoming academic session, I am excited about the new opportunities, challenges, and learning experiences that await us.
Let’s continue striving for excellence together!
Warm regards,

Celebrating Creativity: Rangotsav National Art Competition
A total of 55 students from our school participated in the prestigious Rangotsav National Level Art Competition, showcasing their creativity in coloring, sketching, and handwriting. This platform provided them with an opportunity to display their artistic talents at a national level.
Learning from the Experts
Our young learners had the opportunity to engage with experts from various fields, enriching their understanding through interactive sessions. Dr. Bhavana Avanapu and Dr. Naimisha Kattamuri conducted engaging workshops on dental hygiene for our learners from Early Years, teaching students the importance of brushing, flossing, and regular checkups for a healthy smile. Meanwhile, Ms. Sandhya Rani transported our Reception A students into the enchanting world of storytelling, using expressive gestures and colourful props to spark their imagination.
For our Grade 3 students, Ms. Krithika Gokul delivered a compelling talk on discipline and success, emphasising the role of self-control and perseverance in shaping responsible individuals. These guest lectures provided valuable insights, promoting curiosity and lifelong learning among our students.
Shoshin: DP Visual Arts Exhibition
Anwesha of DP 2 presented Shoshin – A Call for Awakening, an exhibition as part of her Visual Arts course in IBDP. Inspired by the Zen philosophy of maintaining a beginner’s mind – open, curious, and full of wonder – her thought-provoking installations and paintings challenged perceptions and invited viewers to see beauty in the ordinary. Other IBDP students also displayed their artistic expressions, making the exhibition a vibrant showcase of creativity and fresh perspectives.
Student-Led Conference: Learning in Action!
The Student-Led Conference by our Early Years learners was a heartwarming showcase of confidence and curiosity. The students took charge, proudly sharing their progress through interactive displays and engaging discussions. Parents beamed with pride as they witnessed their children’s creativity and skills firsthand.
Special Assemblies: Embracing the SDGs
Our students from EY 1 & EY 2, and Grades 3 & 4 engaged with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals through a series of informative special assemblies. The assemblies explored themes such as life on land, clean water and sanitation, zero hunger, quality education, life below water, gender equality, and climate action. Through these informative assemblies, our students not only deepened their understanding of the SDGs but also embraced their role as changemakers.
International Mother Language Day: A Celebration of Culture
Language is the soul of culture! Our primary students, parents, and teachers celebrated International Mother Language Day with inspiring speeches, soulful songs, and engaging skits. Parents encouraged students to take pride in their native languages and preserve their cultural heritage.
Once Upon a Time: A Tale of Confidence & Creativity!
Storytelling isn’t just about words – it’s about imagination, expression, and connection. Our young storytellers from Early Years brought stories to life in a delightful Storytelling Competition. This engaging event nurtured their communication skills, critical thinking, and empathy, proving that every story holds the power to inspire.

Our Grade 5 students visited the Biodiversity Park in Yendada, experiencing nature firsthand. They explored different plant species, observed birds and insects, and learnt about the importance of preserving ecosystems. This hands-on experience reinforced their classroom learning on environmental conservation.
A Lesson in Gratitude: Visit to Nethra Vidyalaya
Happiness truly lies in life’s little moments! Students of Grade 4 embarked on a heartwarming field trip to Nethra Vidyalaya, where they gained a new perspective on resilience and determination.
Our learners witnessed an incredible demonstration of mathematical calculations and alphabet writing in Braille, leaving them inspired by the students’ unwavering spirit.
